[18:54] Hi everybody, I have a really shitt low-level question but I haven’t been able to find the answer from google and/or perldoc. Does perlc create a file when you try to open/write to it? For example: open(LOG, «>>/tmp/stuff.txt») or die $!; this doesn’t create/open LOG nor dies it error out.
